What is MagicLinen brand's story?
MagicLinen products are made by hand by our skillful tailors in Lithuania (EU), and the final product arrives with our brand labels and care labels. Get to know the MagicLinen brand’s vision by reading our story and sustainability report.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping worldwide adds 4–20% to the total order amount, depending on the delivery location and order contents. We deliver with DHL, FedEx, and DPD courier services.

Delivery times: Most destinations receive orders in around 3–5 business days. However, for shipments to the U.S., delivery may take 5–7 business days due to increased processing times at customs.

Duties & tariffs: For U.S. orders, the 15% duty tariff is already included in the shipping charge displayed at checkout, so there are no hidden fees upon delivery.
What about import duties and taxes for countries outside the U.S.?
International customs fees and taxes are not included in the product price and must be covered by the customer. Please make sure to check any delivery notifications from the courier, as delays in duty or tax payments may result in the parcel being returned to us and additional costs being incurred.
Where do you ship from?
All of our wholesale orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vilnius, Lithuania (EU).
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of damaged or defective items. Please note that, in general, products purchased at wholesale prices are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
What payment methods do you accept?
For orders placed and paid in full through our wholesale B2B shop, we currently accept credit card payments only.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Manual orders can be paid by bank transfer, but this option is available only for customers based in the EU.
How long do orders take to ship?
Our processing time takes 3-4 weeks. Please note that shipping may additionally take from 3 to 7 business days depending on the shipping location and carrier (DHL, FedEx, DPD carrier services)
Do you offer drop shipping?
We choose to dropship only with established marketplaces that comply with certain financial and business health metrics criteria.
Do you offer fabric samples?
Our fabric samples are available free of charge if requested. Let us know which product categories you are interested in and send us your full address information along with the phone number. Samples will take around 1 week to arrive.
How can I join loyalty program?
We offer our valued customer a discount if certain order values are reached. Long Term Partners participate in the MagicLinen loyalty program which is based on the order volumes and frequency. Every order you make will be summed up and a special discount issued for all future orders.

How can I track my order?
Once your items are shipped, you will receive order shipment confirmation email from us with tracking number included. Depending on the carrier, please go to their platform and enter the tracking number provided to see the tracking information.
Can I use your photography?
Product images are provided on individual request. Feel free to email us as business@magiclinen.com to request access (text, photos, description, video, etc.)
When incorporating MagicLinen photos (of any type) on your company's website, it is obligatory to include the MagicLinen name in the description. Similarly, for the use of MagicLinen photos or videos on your company's social media channels, it is mandatory to include a tag, hashtag, or mention @magiclinen, #magiclinen. Visit our IG account for additional inspiration and best practices on how to market our products.
Can I order fabric and product samples?
MagicLinen fabric samples are available free of charge if requested and we can arrange product samples that are charged at a full retail price. Additionally, we sell our clothing fabrics by the cut to length pieces.
What does the product packaging look like?
We offer two types of packagings:
1. Deliver goods neatly grouped by the individual SKU (other options are available) and packed in our branded biodegradable product packaging. Each product is marked with the product information label containing the product name, size, colour, and SKU.
2. The goods within the same category, such as 5 units of towels or 7 units of sheets, are consolidated and delivered in a single large package.
Occasionally, for items like waffles, a vacuum-sealing method is employed to minimise volume and optimise shipping costs. In such instances, all products within a specific category are enclosed in a single plastic bag, vacuum-sealed, and dispatched.
Do you offer custom sizes and colors?
Customization options are available for all home-textile product ranges: size and non-standard color (if color is chosen from our full color palette). Information on category MOQs, sizes, and custom color options is provided upon contacting business@magiclinen.com.
Shade disclaimer
Natural linen always varies in shade based on its harvesting and processing. The natural colour of the plant will have an influence even after the fibre becomes dyed fabric. We stock most of our products, therefore, if you order individual bedding products instead of sets, there might be some shade differences, if the items are manufactured from different dye lots. These slight differences are what makes linen so beautiful and unique. However, if you’d like to ensure the same shade of colour, we ask MOQ of at least 5 pcs. per SKU.
